Who we are
TableLingo is run by the TableLingo team. For anything about your subscription, billing or cancellation, email clodomir+tablelingo@mail.grokbot.com. For privacy requests (access, correction, deletion) email clodomir@mail.grokbot.com.
The service
TableLingo Pro is a done-for-you multilingual digital menu for one venue, as described in the offer: setup by us, up to 10 languages, EU 14-allergen tags, QR codes, a Google review button, an “Ask us in your language” button, menu updates and full data export. TableLingo is a menu, not an ordering or payment system. The service is intended for restaurants and other businesses.
“Ask us in your language”
Guests pick a topic (booking, allergy question or other) and the page writes their message in your language from pre-written templates, then opens it in WhatsApp or their email app, addressed to the number or email you give us. The message is sent by the guest, from their own WhatsApp or email account; TableLingo does not send, receive or store these messages. The templates are machine-assisted until reviewed by a native speaker, and guests’ own words are included as they wrote them. Allergy answers are your responsibility as the restaurant; the feature only carries the question.
Price and billing
TableLingo Pro costs €29 per month or €290 per year per venue. You pay in advance for each period, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. Checkout does not currently calculate VAT separately or collect VAT/tax IDs; if you need an invoice showing your VAT number, email us before subscribing.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. The merchant name shown at checkout is Statgran, and it may also appear on your card or bank statement. We never see or store your full card details.
Our guarantees
“Live in 72 hours or your first 3 months are free.” The 72 hours start when we receive your menu (photo, PDF or link). If we miss it, we refund the fees for your first 3 months (monthly plan: your first 3 monthly payments; yearly plan: 3/12 of the yearly price, €72.50).
30-day “love it or leave” guarantee: cancel in the first 30 days, full refund, and you keep the exported menu files and static site. To use it, email us within 30 days of your first payment.
How to cancel
Email clodomir+tablelingo@mail.grokbot.com from the address you used to pay (or tell us that address) and say you want to cancel. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Your subscription ends at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We confirm the cancellation by email.
Refunds
Apart from the two guarantees above, fees already paid for the current period are not refunded; your menu stays online until the end of that period.
Your data
Your menu is your data. You can ask for a full export at any time — before or after cancelling — as JSON, CSV and a static HTML copy you can host anywhere. On request we delete your menu and account data. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy notice on the home page.
Changes
If we change the price or these terms, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
